The project we are creating
Appart from the educative cultural projects of Fully Working Ideas, there is a very interesting and innovative project we are working on. We are creating and app to help reduce the exposure to heavy metals that can provoke some kind of rare diseases.
Only in the United States, 30 million people are suffering one of the 7,000 rare diseases, this is, with an amount of patients of less than 200,000 persons in total. This means that one out of 12 US citizens suffer one of these diseases. In the whole planet, around 400 million peopple suffer a rare disease, which is a person out of twenty people.
The app we are developing wants to reduce the total amount of people that suffer one of these illnesses. Besides, we want to dedicate 50% of all our income to rare disease’s research.

There is a lot of scienific evidence that shows tht many of the rare diseases are caused by exposure, ingest or inhalation of heavy metals. These posioning heavy metals can come to our lives in food or cleaning products. Our app wants to mak it easy to any customer to check if a product has any of these heavy metals. If we keep all these products out of our lives, we will be able to reduce the amount of people around the world that can suffer a rare illness.
Fully Working Ideas is taking part in an international contest and if selected, our app can be presented in New York, the same city in which we have organised so many innovative cultural events.
In the present beta stage of the app, we are trying products in Spain. We would like to start a second stage that would increase exponentially the amount of products with those that are usually sold in USA markets.
